Hmm, I wonder if I should go get it and renew my contract and just get an SC number now... My current contract comes up for 'free upgrade' in March... that's why I'm like :icon08:

They are probably doing early upgrades because holiday season.

I'm gonna stop by there tomorrow and talk details with them. I need to get an updated number anyways, so I might just go ahead and start a new contract now. We shall see, it depends on if they have one in the store or not.

Are you all seriously having a conversation on this thread when you live in the same house? :bowrofl:

My nexus should be delivered in the next hour. And my friend brought me a fully charged battery so I can play with it as soon as it arrives. Winning! :icon17:

HKYStormFront 12-16-2011 11:45 AM

chris went ahead and got the nexus today :shakes head:

they were having the extended batteries on sale from $50 down to $25 so we both went ahead and got them. comes with a replacement plate for the back to accommodate the new battery that looks just like the one that comes on it originally and it doesn't really add any thickness to the phone at all.

Dudes I just picked up a new Motorola Startak.. This thing is super small and bad arss.. I can text two people at once now, lol....

Hey I just got rid of my verizon 3g card and replaced it with an att&t 4g card for my laptop. Anyone else have att&t service. If so is it worth a crap. By combining everything with my business it saved me almost $200 per month so I figured it was worth it.

So far I'm really enjoying it.

Is any SC peeps going to the 'End of the Year Georgia Meet' tomorrow? I may/may not go...

Nice! I having so much fun with mine.

My buddy picked up the ext battery too. Can you really tell a difference? I know the rating is like 1850 to 2100 so it's not a huge difference but worth it if you get an extra couple of hours of standby time.

only had the "regular" battery for one day so hard to say. i will say that i actually like the feel of the phone with the larger battery. it doesn't really add much weight to it. i assume they went with the smaller battery to offset the 4G radio's weight and keep it as light as possible for spec comparisons to other phones but to me, it really feels like this is actually the battery that the phone was meant to have. it feels more natural to the size of the phone itself. i used my phone frequently all day yesterday and it showed 54% battery left when i plugged it in last night, that was attached to wifi all day with a live background no less. that's doing pretty good imo. obviously i don't have the 4G radio on though since we still don't have it here in anderson yet.

I was about to say. "All day and still had 54%?" But that makes sense with the 4g turned off. It drains the power. Get "Light Flow" from the market place. You can change the color of the LED for different things. Probably my favorite app yet.

yea i've already got it :woot: found that one on my bionic a few months ago.

Hey fellows does anyone know were to get OEM wheels for a good price. Tina has a 08
CTS and one of the wheels has a small hiarline crack causing a really slow leak. So in other words she just needs one wheel. Any help would be great.

HKYStormFront 12-19-2011 09:40 PM

for one wheel, i'd look on ebay and craigslist. might want to find out of they are staggered wheels and buy the right width if so...
