Does anyone want to do a Z meet maybe in 2 weeks?
We can go for a cruise as well....

RAMOS 03-20-2017 01:33 PM

I would be down for that...

Where you thinking Volk? I typically cruise with my friends up around Blue Ridge mountains ,for the scenery mostly.

Volk Z 03-20-2017 05:06 PM

We could figure out a place. How far are the blue Ridge mountains from columbia area?

Nizmo.Man 03-20-2017 05:41 PM

Kinda far :/ it's right by Asheville NC. Don't really know any nice areas in SC

RAMOS 03-20-2017 06:16 PM

Yeah, that is a lil too far for me... I am down for anything between Charleston and Columbia.

So spent most of yesterday going over all connection's;Top & bottom.
Purged about 1qt. of fuel from top side & no signs of trash/water/ethanol/etc...
hooked everything back up & ran great,,,it did not throw a cel & i do not have a fuel pressure gauge or UpRev cable to ck. data while it was glitching...i just have a basic Snapon/Bluepoint code reader,,,nothing fancy.
Hopefully can make the next one. :)

Am I correct that you're running 93 octane? If so, you might want to up to premium 97... I've had several Z's they don't like regular or low octane in my experience! Sputtering is a good indication. Just saying

Let's do Charleston!! Maybe cruise through the beach area. We could always do the Fast and Furious opening night deal cruise before hang out and then go to the show??

Hope none of you had your Zs out in the hail aroung Greenville/Greer today about 5:30.

Coming off of Pelham Rd today my daily driver Toyota got hammered. Windshield got broke in in 5 places. The hail took my side mirror off and hit the spoiler so hard that my 3rd brake light lens busted off.

I had to stop and get some duct tape to cover the window because the glass shards were dropping on the seat while I was driving back home and water was coming in on me

About 50 giants dents all over the car. These may be more then the old Dent Wizard guy can handle...

Spoiler

Wow...we didn't get anything that bad down here in Simpsonville. Sorry that happened to you, but glad it wasn't the Z.

Wow! I can't imagine what that was like. I guess the insurance adjusters will be busy this week.

Yea, a ton of people at my office have cars that are most likely a total loss. :icon14:
