Is everyone staying close for the holidays? Maybe we can get together sometime over the next week. Weekends work best for me but what about everyone else? I'm open for downtown Greenville or really anywhere in the Greenville area. There are some places that serve a great selection of beer...that's really a priority for me if we are meeting out for drinks. I'm a beer snob...sorry.:ugh2:

ALso guys in the upstate, my car is getting the whole front end repainted from the bug damage and rock chips etc. and im getting it back monday. The shop let me come in and look it over and the paint looks absolutely gorgeous im gonna need a clear bra asap! Who knows where i can get it installed maybe end of next week?? i dont want all the damage again its just too pretty now!

This guy did my car and did a great job with it. He does a lot of work for the BMW guys as well and is one of the preferred people with the BMW CCA for the Greenville or Upstate group...whatever they are.

Doug uses Xpel - top of the line stuff. Let me know if you'd like to meet so you can see what it looks like on the car.

BMW is shut down, that's when my company goes to work :ugh2:

my understanding, and i may be wrong, is that you should not put a clear bra on immediately after it getting painted. the paint will need to cure and harden for a little while first.

^ and with it being winter, that hardening time may be extended. I'd check with the person painting the car for their opinion.
