My rear tires starting to really wear, so i will probably need to take it little slower this time around. I'm out when it is raining. Looking forward to the outing!

What's up guys? October is here and I'm trying to finalize our next mountain run. Please vote on the date(s) that works best for you. YOU MAY CHOOSE MULTIPLE DATES. I hope we will have a bigger group than the last one we did in June.

Riverstone Pkwy to I-575 S - Google Maps Scroll left to find the route in BLUE
1. Leave Canton Starbucks - get a coffee for on the road (point A)
2. Stop 1 at the overlook - take some pics and enjoy the scenery
3. Stop 2 if lunchtime stop at Chic-fil-A in Dahlonega with possible pictures at lake Zwerner just north of there (point G on map).
4. Stop at Vogel state park - not sure if we have to pay to get in, but maybe stop there for a minute.
5. Head back folks from the east-side can take 400 back south, other take rt 53 through Dawsonville to Tate, which is a nice route.

If you have 2 way radios, we will need them.

This is going to sound kinda crappy or ghetto, but if you have an Android phone, you can install TiKL for push-to-talk functions. It is pretty good as long as your phone isn't crappy or have low battery life. Just a thought............

Picked up my Z a couple weeks ago and excited to take it on some twisties. :tup:

its a good place to take the z out to! The first run i went to was new as well.

We need to finalize a date. I'm thinking d 23rd or 30th.

i can say sure for either, but depends on when my car gets back from painting

It should definitely b ready by d 30th.

I was beat after being the victum of "voluntary" details/duties. I needed that weekend to recover. I was stuck working the fundraiser on post the weekend of the meet @ Taco Mac. I was pretty sad............
