it will be on the road to ZCON with a friend of mine, the photographer for the event is using his paycheck from the event to purchase my new one (and then I, the new one) and to save on shipping and hassle, i have sent it with Bryan to transport it for me

opening it and installing the landing strip or ring? I saw the DIY but honestly while i can do wiring and stuff like that, im terrible at the painting/opening of stuff like taht

i wouldn't mind dissecting that if somebody can show me what to do or woulnd't mind doing it for me.

I think in the DIY it explains what resistors and LEDS you need and the wiring schematic.

Wiring it up is the easy part. Also it should haveinformation about what drill to use etc.

i could look at it later, but on a personal note, anything that requries cutting/physically changing things, i try not to do for another persons car ya know. what if i **** up : (

yeah. Saturday @ Z1 motorsports. More than likely meet at Varsity downtown 8:45-9:00 am. 9:10 am depart to Z1. Lunch/bbq/grill at around noon.

In case some are just interested, im having an exhaust, y-pipe, intakes and oil cooler put in. Going to try to get a dyno done too. If i lose self control i may get some wheel spacers also..

Things are not shaping up for me to go on Saturday since I'll be out of town the following weekend. No biggie as I'm not getting anything done to my car anyways.

Hmm...I do need to adjust my ride height in the back and find the rattle in my Stillen CBE.

Add me to the list of cars getting worked on. Have a somewhat unique exhaust setup going on (aka not sure if anyone else has done it before). I wanted to keep a similar to stock exhaust note but free up some of the restrictions so it will be:

Fast Intentions 304 Stainless 2.5" X-Pipe going all the way back to the OEM muffler inlets. Stock rear muffler and tips with dual resonators and the OEM muffler. Depending on volume, HFCs are probably next and then I will be done. I hate the stock y-juncture on the OEM exhaust and the tiny piping for the Y-pipe so I figured it would be good to wipe it all in one fell swoop. The muffler is probably a bit restrictive but I doubt it accounts for near as much loss as that y-pipe and junction. I know the y-pipe necks down to 1.75" in several parts.

i can fix that for you. just dont be suprised when your driving off with a stock CBE and im selling a used stillen CBE on the forums :-D
