U have the right to fight ticket guilty or not. Here in cali u can fight ticket through the mail, if that doesn't work u go to court hoping cop doesn't show most likely he won't cuz it's bein a long time. This does work I've gotten 5 tickets dismissed in the last 6 years

I would suggest you invest in a high quality radar detector and laser jammers. Next thing to do is learn how to use them. These two devices won't fix stupid but they can be very advantageous.

That's what I'm saying! Why would people settle for getting points on their license?
Suddenly I'm stupid and lack testosterone because id rather not get the points.

Umm... If you pay the fines and take the driving course (and pass of course), you don't get points on your licence. You only get points IF you only pay the fines and NOT take and pass the course.

OR... You can waste your time with all of the court BS and maybe get out of the ticket. Maybe.

Fight the ticket bro by any means necessary don't give up, long process but it's just a traffic ticket

Jsolo 10-29-2016 08:54 PM

Speeding tickets are just an another form of taxation.

This is true. But I am willing to accept a tax which more heavily penalizes people too stupid to avoid speeding tickets.

I am also willing to accept that insurance rates should penalize people who are too stupid to avoid speeding tickets.

Calling you out for not taking responsibility = condescending
I'm not guilty for speeding because everyone else is doing it and I don't deserve a traffic ticket attitude = sensible :icon14:

The fact is you were speeding. No one was suggesting that you take it up the a$$ from the local PD. No one was suggesting you take the points on your license. But acknowledging and accepting responsibility and still asking how to fight the ticket would have elicited a far more amenable response in this thread than whining like a little bitch in your OP.

Lol, Triggered.

"Condescending" is a big word for you isn't it?

I am a senile old fart -- that's true -- but also one who can outdo anything you can do, except whine.
