Open rooms in mansion for ZdayZ
 

Hello everyone,

I have an emergency where me and a few buddies put money down on a mansion for ZdayZ but we are unable to fill all the rooms right now.
The mansion is located near ZdayZ and has 6 rooms. Four of the rooms have two queen sized beds a piece and 2 rooms have 1 king sized bed. It has a 6 car garage and beautiful scenery.
***CORRECTION*** ***There are 3 rooms that have 2 queens and 3 rooms that have 1 king***

We are paying $2500 for Wednesday the 13th through Sunday the 17th. I am not looking to make money on this just break even.

There are 10 beds so I am asking $250 per *BED NOT ROOM* for the 4 days which comes to only $62.50 a night, you can't get a decent hotel for that price!

We can take on extras if people need a place to stay because there are cots in the finished basement which I will charge significantly less for.

The trick is the balance is due by this Friday (24th) evening, so if you are interested I need the commitment and money paypal'd to me pronto. PM me or shoot me a text at four four zero 623 nine nine five three if you have any questions or want one of the spots.

***UPDATED*** Here is the latest and greatest, all the beds are currently taken but I do have some cots in the basement which I will rent. It turns out as I took this over from my buddy I was misinformed as to how many beds there actually are and I calculated breaking even with 10 beds at $250 a piece to cover the $2500 which I covered out of pocket up front. I need to make the extra $250 that is missing (or the wife will have my nuts lol) I will charge $150 per cot. Any money that ends up being extra (more than the $2500) I will put toward food for BBQing and beverages. ***

yes there are 2 garage spots open as of right now.
