If you're set on OEM, the cheapest would probably to find someone that's replacing their stocks with aftermarket. You can usually find them pretty cheap second hand.

A 305/30R19 isn't that much shorter than a 275/35R19 - about half an inch. It's probably just because the sidewalls on the RE71R are really, really stiff.

It's also pretty easy to change out the front bearing carriers, isn't it? Something like 11 bolts, including the wheel nuts. The whole thing comes out as a unit and you replace it with another.

I just wear my glasses inside my helmet? Put the helmet on first, then put the glasses on through the visor hole. The padding on the side of the helmet just holds it there.
