on another note, i run stillen gen3 cai / cbe and i highly doubt i'd break 310 WHP after a tune. my humble goal would be low 30x's...

historically you'd lose ~25% or so power on an automatic vs ~15% manual.

in this car people in auto's are dropping around ~20% and manuals ~17%...

last time i checked they don't have to do a 1-2-3 count going from 1st to 2nd under 2.5k rpm
