yeah, i think having the printouts of the TSB pretty much gave it the go ahead. I'm sure they've also seen this with cars before mine, so they don't really need to see it malfunction for me.

Amusing, I've been using the 6cent fix for awhile now, but i decided to take them out and see if i still get the stuck hatch...its not there anymore! i still want to get the larger springs though...
