So I found a used T4i with the 18-135mm lens at a local pawn shop. I haven't purchased yet, but what are the thoughts on it?

I don't think you're going to see a lot of difference between that and the t3i that you had. As far as the lens goes, most of the kit lenses are iffy at best. I personally think they are more overpriced than the L-series lenses as far as bang-for-the buck value. Here's a comparison between the two. http://whichcamerashouldibuy.org/can...el-t3i-vs-t4i/ How much are they asking for the camera and lens? |

i grabbed the D7000 during black friday, included an 18-140 lens for $800 flat. i sold the 18-140 lens already for 400 bucks (which was really weird for me since i thought CL people would put up a fight for that price), so i basically now run a 35mm 1.4 prime + my 18-200 3.5-5.6 to take 99% of my pictures

I've been on vacation in Costa Rica over Thanksgiving week. Here's a couple of pictures:

I shot 3 bracketed frames and processed in Photomatix HDR software. |

Alright photo buddies. I need a recommendation for a wireless remote trigger for my Canon. There seems to be a gazillion out there and just want some recommendations from people with experience.

Wireless remote to control the camera, not the flash.
|
Ok then yeah, my comment stands. My super cheap remote works great and helps with night shots.
