That's not resonable, but 6k is.

Not really, considering he paid $4,800 for the kit originally - I'd offer 5k. It's a shady act to buy from one of our forum sponsors and turn around trying to make a profit.

Neil912 03-04-2015 02:36 PM

6k is reasonable and that is a shame indeed. Just wait it out or wait for someone else. That price will drop. I think no one on this site will touch it until it is back to 6.5k at the very least.

Edit: $4,800 holy **** batman. Yeah that is pretty bad indeed. I thought he paid $6,500. Its different if he buys wholesale from the manufacturer and sells for profit to support a business. I think the forum sponsor sold that and made nothing by doing it. That is low.

octet 03-04-2015 02:43 PM

I mean reasonable for the kit value, not for his act. New offer is $4000. Money ready.

brancky3 03-04-2015 02:43 PM

$5,000 can paypal now.

Lol some of u guys are full of it. $4800???? Really? According to who? Show me a receipt where i paid 4800 for it lol. If you guys dont like it then why even post fake numbers and all. If i had paid 4800 someone prove it.

btimola 03-04-2015 05:26 PM

Why dont you guys just buy it from z1 for 8500 then and call it a day?7k shipped is a good deal. Lowest ill go is 6800 shipped period. Its way worth it. People try to devaluate it by saying greddy might make a newer kit. If you wanted it at the sale price then why didnt you have the money at the time and paid cash for it? You expect someone to beat many and pay cash on the spot for it when i made the order before anyone else, plus i got it off facebook not through this forum. Expect me to lose money on it, and ship it (like $200) cuz thats the ethical thing to do? Lol

btimola 03-04-2015 05:29 PM

Buy it or not, doesnt matter. Its a great kit for the price in my opinion. If i found good coils for 1000 that retail 1800 but the guy bought them in black friday for 800 i could care less. Still getting a great deal for a great product...all you posting its unethical put your 2cents but its mostly because your not even buying the kit, or maybe even interested.

I'll buy pay what you paid + 6% extra. (Thats better rate then what you'll make off the bank interest.) I'll pay via Paypal.

So I've been quietly seeing where this post is going and I think that you should sell the kit for however much you want. If you want to make a profit then cool. The problem people have is that someone sold the kit for a good deal under the belief that you would install it and not turn around and try to make money off of it. But that is your right. I would suggest putting it on Ebay because it is going to be a tough sell on this forum. It makes people on this forum feel like you are trying to cheat people out of something. I think that if people didnt know how much you paid for it, it would have been sold already. So again maybe posting on a different forum or selling at a local Z meet would be your best bet.

I didnt buy to flip, i bought to install but got the aam locally getting installed in 2 weeks. I wouldnt try to sell it just to "profit". Its cool i get people getting upset but its mostly the people not even interested what gets to me is people acting like i paid 4800 for it just speaking out of their "exhaust holes". Im trying to recoup as much as i can from the aam kit and install, yet offering at a very good price. You cant get this kit for under 8k right now so why wouldnt someone want to save $1200 to $2000 and use that on a clutch or tuning? If i hadnt found the aam deal locally i would have installed it. And i would have definately paid 7k for it as well

I'm curious, how did you find an aam kit locally and a deal how?
