It should. I don't see a reason why it wouldn't. Same flanges as the factory cats.

Much better, no question. While the difference in the piping is probably negligible between the two, the provided heat shield and the filters being the best on the market make this intake better than pretty much any metal short ram intake on the market (R2C calls it a CAI because of the heat shields).
