do the seats have the sensor for airbag?

DPE G 08-05-2014 07:42 PM

They are compete seats. W airbags. Assuming the passenger seat has the weight sensor, if that's what your asking about. The plugs fit my 08 G37 coupe.

DPE G 08-06-2014 06:40 PM

Seats sold.

$1400 for the pipes if you can get GTM to cough them up in the first place.

Incase you're wondering about getting this kit for your 370z.

Just a heads up, was a huge hassle.

DPE G 08-07-2014 06:57 AM

1400 is for a full pipe kit. You only need the front 4 or can be modified to my knowledge. The full kit consists of 12 pipes.

Yup, that's exactly what I had to spend for 4-6 pipes (I forget) including an expedited charge, and it took 2 months for them to send them beyond the two week lead time they quoted, and then they supplied aluminum pipes and not stainless like the rest of the kit. Agreed it's a huge hassle. Best bet to a buyer would to have someone local fab them.

DPE G 08-09-2014 03:49 PM

All of the pipes are aluminum on all the kits I've ever had.

It's supposed to be stainless.

DPE G 08-09-2014 10:12 PM

hell, I suppose I could be wrong it just is awful light and drills way too easy to be stainless I have always thought them to be aluminum

Yeah that site hasn't been updated in a while. SS piping is an option, i think $600 more. Aluminzed is fine, much lighter too.

The biggest issue is you aren't going to get the 2 charge pipes and 2 intake pipes to swap the kit over. You have to buy the entire piping set. GTM makes the kits to order, they won't part out a kit on the shelf.

So things to consider with the TT Kit from GTM;

$1400 for the pipes, this will take at MIN. 2months, and thats if you're lucky.

If your auto;

Trans cooler or bypass, transmission mount spacer.

If you're 2011+;

Fuel Pump Retainer.

Rest fits fine.

Cautions with buying a used GTM Kit;

The turbos are GT2860RS, the GTM oil return setup is terrible at best, make sure the seals aren't blown, its $800+ for a center cartridge, they aren't rebuildable.

Free bump for DPE.

DPE G 08-16-2014 12:54 PM

The piping kit is $1100 in aluminum and I ordered a single pipe from them before as well as the two uppers to relocate the BOVs. I appreciate the info but please make sure it is correct. The last pipe I got for a kit I sold was last week and turn around was 3 days from GTM. If you route the oil lines correctly as well there is no problem whatsoever with them. As stated in the directions it has to be drilled higher than the oil level to drain properly, as with any setup, that tends to be the recomendation.
