Either way final conclusion:

They are NOT TE-37's.

The very first TE37s were actually a one spoke wheel. They weren't very reliable, being that they broke as soon as you put them on a car, so they responded by making a two spoke model. The wheel just kept evolving until we have the 6 spoke models of today.
