Final offsets are 18x10.0 et13 front and 18x12.0 et20 rear. Fits perfect on stock body 350Z/370Z with a drop and stock camber (-1.0 to -2.5 Deg all around).

They are in fair condition

No I mean they getting split up? I could trade some new htr z3 in the same size if need be. I just need something stickier and it looks like you just need to sell. as long as they have tires you're good I'd say.
