What a shame! What I thought to be a respectable company, have turned out to be a little bit of a joke. After reading this, I’ll put aside the delays, the not picking up of the phone but to want to charge a 20% restocking fee for something that isn't in stock is absurd! Shame on you GTM!
GLWS, although GTM isn't helping by not having your kit or an expected delivery date, for that alone they should wave the 20%.

Didn't you say it had to be done by June? Is this still possible?

No update on shipping date, their fist deadline was June but I wasn't paying anything till some thing shipped or got my refund.

Gotcha. I understand that. It's a shame what happened to GTM. They have such good stuff. It's a shame they can't afford to fill orders and stay in good standing

BUT, after reading all the CRAP on here about GTM I'm hesitant to do it. :stirthepot:



If you can provide me/us with these two (2) things I'll probably buy it:

1. When it is going to be ready to ship?
2. Exact amount of money I need to send to you/GTM.....

I can't buy something if I don't know when it's going to be ready and my name is NOT on the contract :ugh2:
