If this kit was "in stock" I would have bought it in no time, but bearing in mind we're talking about GTM, timeframe could extend to 2019... :(

What a shame! What I thought to be a respectable company, have turned out to be a little bit of a joke. After reading this, I’ll put aside the delays, the not picking up of the phone but to want to charge a 20% restocking fee for something that isn't in stock is absurd! Shame on you GTM!
GLWS, although GTM isn't helping by not having your kit or an expected delivery date, for that alone they should wave the 20%.
