CNT Exhaust
 

ok so i bought a CNT exhaust and it didnt fit my nismo

i think its because flanges are on backwards but when i was installing it it was 7 at night and i have yet to attempt to install it again

im asking $400 for it, you pay for shipping, it has the blue burnt titanium tips and comes with all the hardware to install it

I was quoted around $100 to fix and install it by a couple shops but i really need the money to fix my Z

Is this the non NISMO exhaust?

this would had been sold by now if he post pics with a paper with forum name and date so people know he is legit!!...just saying!!..lol

adding pics ran into a family emergency last night, it didnt fit my nismo, i suspect its because there is a problem with the hpipe, but CNT is persistent that i am installing it improperly >_>

i dont have a regular 370z to test fit it and my CSC started going out on me so ya i really need the money to get the Zspeed HD CSC

I don't know why it would not mount. People put oem Nismo exhaust on non Nismo Z's all the time. I think the Nismos have a different clearance issue around the rear sway bar or differential area. Flanges should be the same for both. Unless they really screwed up and made the exhaust wrong.

If you look on CNT's website for their system it says it will not fit Nismo's models.

Look at their description though. They said it won't fit the nismo and in order to make it fit you have to move an exhaust hanger, all the exhaust hangers are the same for the regular Z and the nismo Z...

It didn't make sense from what I read, maybe it just doesn't fit the nismo model, idk but CNT said it can fit the nismo model if you move exhaust hangers.
