The exhaust is in perfect condition, only driven on for 5k miles. Reason for selling is because it's just too loud for me since my car has test pipes.

Have you considered removing the test pipes for a HFC's?

The exhaust is amazing, And I can see where test pipes in this case will make it louder than it needs to be.

But again the sound is subjective

Yeah I've considered that and was actually what I was initially going to do but the more I drove the car the more I just wasn't too crazy amount the tone either.
What I was looking for was an exhaust that sounded similar to the e370 and was tucked up high. I came across the exotic speed exhaust and that sounded the most like the e370 that I could find, and it was not ridiculously priced either so I ordered that a couple days ago. Hopefully I like it lol.

Any sound clips w/ TP's? I found some on youtube that sounded decent and others that were very raspy.

It's definitely raspy with test pipes, if I were to do it all over again I'd get hfc with the gthaus.
I have a short 10 second video that a friend of mine took of me doing a little fly by. Pm me your number or email and ill send it to you.

It's still on the car so without the car being on a lift its kind of hard to get a decent picture from underneath.

His video with the TP is pretty loud. I can imagine with the LTH you could draw some major attention in the sound department.

For it to be as fair as possible for you two, I figured out that brand new the axle back is 60% of the total cost of the exhaust so you would take the axle back for $1110 (60% of the asking price) and wantom will take the mid and y-pipe for 740 (40% of asking price). And shipping I could work out individually.

By the way these prices go for everyone.
Axle back: $1110 plus shipping
Mid and y-pipe: 740 plus shipping

This is a good price for the GTHaus Axleback section. I'm not quite sure why no one has jumped on this yet. I paid $1,348.00 for mine brand new with a Military discount. I personally believe the entire GTHaus Catback system is too loud, but just the Axleback with everything else stock sounds great. Then add some Berk HFCs and it sounds amazing. Anyways, good luck with the sell. I may still be interested in the Mid-Pipe later this month if you still have it.
