Projekt k3 20x9 +18 20x11 +27

I'm 99% sure I'm folding my cards here. I've never in my life had such a difficult time buying tires. None of the local shops will sell me the size I want and I cant find a used set to buy and trial run to ensure I can fit these the way i want... so here they are...

The front does need a spacer to clear Akebonos. At least a 12mm i believe. They do clear with a 15mm, which does make them pretty aggressive. However there are a few 370z guys that run these wheels just fine, they just have better tire hookups than I apparently. My local shops turn me down because of load rating.

A Nismo owner I know has these wheels and runs 245/30/20 and 285/30/20 rear. The front is where I cant get anyone to sell me anything. I've had these wheels for 3 weeks and I am fed up.

These are $1900 or so if you can find a sponsor to hook you up.

These were on a stanced showcar with stretched tires (225 and 235) for only a couple months so the lips arent 100% perfect, not curbed, not bent, but rock knicks on the edges that will actually be hidden anyway with proper width tires (like 245 & 275/285).

Asking $1500obo picked up in Indy. Kitteh not included.

If a miracle happens and I find someone to sell me front tires (no i cant fit a 245/35/20 with my -1.8 camber, it will rub) then I will pull these down. Until then, someone take them so they stop pissing me off.

on hold at the moment. Just got back from my honeymoon. I need to catch up on things and sort out if i feel like trying to buy tires online since no one local will sell me the 245/30 that is needed to clear at my ride height in the front.

You live in indy and are like 2 hours from tireracks main warehouse. And you cant find anything?

BrandonSS 09-18-2013 09:03 PM

I'd have to give them a fake name because they already denied me 245/30/20 in anything except nankang or whatever they are. Aside from that, being that we just got married on the 6th and been in Jamaica for the following 8 days, no I haven't found anything nor do I want to drive my turd XJ 3 hours away even if I did the fake name.

I would love to have a lip like that but assume I would have the same issue...

I think they denied you bc they know its for a 370z. Everything I found on TR with 245/30/20 has load index of 90, Z calls for something like 98.

That is exactly correct.

If you really want to, just don't disclose your car, or say its for a FRS...or say it's for showroom display. I don't recommend it but that's one way to get around it

Unfortunately these have to go. Our wedding gift of having our house painted just presented a $1500 bill that was completely unexpected...

Still looking to sell locally but if you pay for boxing and shipping we can work it out.

These are posted locally as well.
