I don't remember exactly...but I think the front pipe is different for the NISMO Z and the exhaust is the same...could be the other way around.

I'm selling it because I no longer own the Z it used to be attached to.

from what i know the y pipe will not fit

He has y pipe through rear section, so it will fit.
If you are trying it as stock nismo ypipe to this particular exhaust, it won't.

So this setup would fit the nismo without issue?

No I'm pretty sure that is not the case. I don't remember the details except for when I bought the package I had to specify NISMO or not.
