These are by Evo-r. He sells them on eBay under a different name. Bought a few items this way.

These can be trimmed before installation simply (a small knife or razor will work fine). Please call if you have any questions on what nipples are."

The only thing you need to do is just apply the tapes and put it. We had some issues on Carbon ones. No mods required.
