Trade my Quaife MT rear for base automatic rear

Ok i would like to trade my MT rear gear with the quaife LSD in it, for the automatic rear end. My diff has 33000 miles on the gears (hooning involved) but there is only 5,000 miles on the quaife (which should have a lifetime warranty on it). I'm looking for an automatic rear end, I would prefer an aftermarket LSD unit (will accept factory vlsd unit next and then base unit last depending on offers). I figure an even trade is fair because my rear end already has both short axle flanges and the quaife (most streetable LSD) and would be perfect for the 4.1 or 3.9 swap.

Edit: Ok i cleaned this up a bit added the link to the gear pics, turns out i was hearing the humm through my aluminum bushings and diff is fine (thought it was fubar). Still looking to trade as my main reason is to get the 3.357 automatic ratio to make launching easier with my (future) gobbs and gobbs of s/c v8 goodness. http://www.the370z.com/members/1slow...ferential.html while i was inspecting the gears i checked out the diff and it is working properly.

Also just so you now i'm not ripping you off there is a 6mt vlsd rear on ebay for 1200+, a new quaife is over 1000, and the LSD install will run you 600-1000 bones for shimming and labor.

To add 4.08 gears your looking at around 550 for the new gears from z1, plus 270 for the instal kit with all new bearings and seals, and i think it was 750 for labor.

4.08's in my diff= ~1570 buy another diff an lsd and add 4.08's = 3275ish

Yeah and just so you know I sold the factory LSD so no i don't have it ChuckD05 has it. Also I could ship it to Z1 or a shop of your choice if you wanna do the gears right away but you could still drive on it for a while probably only reason i can hear it so loud is because i have solid aluminum bushings I plan to get whiteline bushings cuz as soon as i put these in i started to hear the whine. I'm also willing to press your front bushings out and send those back to you if you can't do it.

I have a set of the 3.3 gears with pinion with the Automatic VLSD.... Not in the carrier though. How did you wear the gears already? Mileage on the gears?

diff is out pics shortly

Edit: took under an hour to pull it.

I would do this if my carrier wasn't in pieces lol. I've gpt an empty carrier with 3.3 gears and VLSD sitting right next to it. lol.

ok heres whats up i keep getting pm's about this and if someone doesn't offer up a LSD auto in a week i'll pm everyone back first person to respond gets it so if you want on the list or have an lsd rear end shoot me a pm. And as i said earlier i thought the gears are shot but when i opened the case they looked good so it was probably just the increased gear noise from having solid aluminum bushings connecting it to the car.
