Yes especially considering he could have just kept the brake kit. Even sweeter that not only did he get his money back, he helped out another dude who got scammed AND stuck it to Kris.

All these were done with the help of other members letting me realize who the real owner is :tup:

The written agreement was signed yesterday night and had a chance to talk to the rightful owner. He is now fully aware of how he should be extra careful. Read the other thread in the general discussion. :happydance:

Here is an info that I believe I haven't posted earlier.

When I explained the whole situation to Paypal, I was asked to come up with a affidavits that all the information I told them were true. Me and the rightful owner were given 10 days to come up with a properly signed affidavits and fax/send them through email.

However, Kris has refunded my money through paypal and paypal assured me that the money will be recovered even with his negative account balance (if it's negative).

All in all, I was able to return the BBK and get my money recovered (still in process by Paypal. 5 business days). I will let AK know when my money is fully recovered.

Holy **** I finally finished reading this ***** and all I can say is awesome! To the major intelligence players here: Who the **** are you guys?! What do yall do for a living!? Awesome! Switching from the mustang to the Z was worth it just for this ******* thread!
