4.08 Gears
Nissan Part #
RING & PINION - 38100-0C760 Price is $550 and I will eat the shipping. $500 if you are in the Nashville area, I hate shipping. These gears are OEM from Nissan, brand new, never (fully) installed. Gears only, no install kit. If you did not know, they are from the 4cyl, 5spd, 2wd, Frontier XE and coincidently some fit some specific 350z/370zs. I can post pictures upon request. The story if you are interested. I purchased these gears for my 06 Nissan Xterra a while ago. I was the pioneer/guinea pig to try them out. Everything looked good on paper (Nissan Tech Manuals)for fitment. Finally got them installed (tried) with my brand new shinny ARB Locker. Get a call from the tech and go down to see what all the fuss is about. Apparently, Nissan decided to spilt the carriers between the 3.36 and 4.08 gears in the C200k axle and didn't bother to tell anyone (me). This resulted in a .5in space between the ring and pinion. So... now I am SOL rolling around on 35"s with 3.13 gearing. I put these in the corner in disgust and the wife is finally making me get rid of them. |
Since this is your first and only post, you should post pics with your name and date. Just to give a little more legitimacy

http://www.the370z.com/members/joeli...66744-370z.jpg Legit? I was going to post myself doing the Hammer dance in Hammer pants singing along to MC Hammer's "2 Legit 2 Quit", but due to my ongoing efforts to keep a minimal digital footprint, I thought this might suffice. On a serious note, if you are interested please send a PM. Otherwise, thanks for the bumps. |
People are skeptical about buying from a seller with low post and then to top it off no pics. But don't worry the MODS will come and ask you to post a pic per forum rules.

I am not trying to see who's interweb is bigger and I certainly do not want to create any animosity. I genuinely have not had the time at home to take the pictures. In the future, please refer to bullets 3-5 outlined in the http://www.the370z.com/parts-sale-pr...ied-rules.html Thanks, and of course, Air Assault. |
Airborne!
