Yes it does, but best thing to do would be to take it to a body shop for install.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but it looks like you have had this prepped and clear-coated? Just wondering because that definitely saves some time and is a better reason to buy this from you!

Yes, this is how it came. You can leave it CF if you wanted to. But I would paint it better. Looks cleaner imo
