Title say's it all. The sub is a 10W3V3/2, it's brand new never used. I have the box if you want it I also have the blank warranty form. The enclosure, it speaks for itself. The price is firm $450.00 plus shipping.

Sorry for being a noob at audio, but what is it about this that makes it worth over 400?

tommyguns 12-04-2012 09:40 AM

Considering there's over $325.00 in material and the sub, I do think I deserve something for the countless hours it took to make it perfect. There's 4 layers of glass on the entire enclosure, bondo and sanded, 4 coats of primer sanded to 600 then 5 coats of paint and 5 coats of clear wet sanded up to 2000 gritt and finally 3 step 3M Paint restoration process. What would you charge I wonder? :tiphat:

Mai-z 12-04-2012 09:56 AM

that is a nice piece of work there :tiphat: How did you attach it, and did it rattle?

tommyguns 12-04-2012 10:56 AM

Thanks for the props. I have never fired it up. After building it I decided to with 2/8"s, those sit between the strut tower and the bar behind the seats. I need to update the build thread. http://www.the370z.com/audio-video/6...ure-build.html
There all done and in, sound great to. As for mounting, it's a really good fit and kind of locks itself in. It will need some other fastening but I'm sure some 3M 2 sided tape should do the trick.

Mai-z 12-04-2012 03:46 PM

dude, make me one of those dual 8" enclosures!

tommyguns 12-04-2012 07:16 PM

There SWEET right! I updated the post.
