So I don't know much about this unit. Is it easy to program the homelink? Also, how effective is the rearview camera? Doe sit automatically display on your rearview mirror whenever you back up? Any thoughts form people who have this?

Programming is very simple. Basically point the remote and it and hold the button you want programmed lol.

And yes, the rear view mirror powers up the camera on-screen when you are in reverse.

Is the LCD monitor in the picture?

It is built-in to the mirror. Can't see it when powered off, but the picture fills the left portion of the mirror when on.
