I ship items oversea every month and a small box is $200.00 .. if this isn't in the state then if transactio on his part doesn't go through, you don't hasve to many legal options.

Agreed looks like he cut and paste a parts list (what is a Base aero kit or a "pipe").

Additionally as the other person said, shipping would be astronomical.
