Just curious, does this cover the state name at the top of the plate?

It looks like it wouldn't, but they passed a law here in AZ that it has to be 100% readable otherwise it's a ticket.

To be honest, i don't remember. I've sold a few to the members here on the forums, maybe they can chime in. My roommate has it on his subie, i'll check after work for you.
