ok, before you dismiss this as dumb. im trading my 09 nismo for a 13 nismo. and putting the GTM twin SC "still in production" , stage 1 long block, OS geiken twin disk clutch, new tires, and GTM 3in exhaust and downpipes.

i already have the money saved for it, im just waiting on them to release the 13.

so what im trying to say is, there will be a BRAND NEW nismo engine block, exhaust, headers, clutch and tires for sale and im putting up a forewarning so i can get rid of them quickly and efficiently. i dont want them, dont need them, and have no room to keep them so they MUST go shortly after i have them out of the car.

oh.... uh, does best offer count? i will be 100% honest i have absolutely no idea what any of these parts are even worth, especially the block.

i had just planned on working out a reasonable price with whomever was interested lol.

i just need them to disappear, so what if i dont get what they are 100% worth, as long as i get SOMETHING reasonable out of it. it will help compensate for the 20+ grand im dumping into the motor.

yeah you don't have a lot of precedent going for you, but you may be best served putting up at least a ballpark asking price so people know what to expect.

are the headers on the nismo the same as my 09 base? if so ill prob take them, need the stock headers for my gtm stage 2 SC build coming up.

yeah, there all the same. the only difference between a nismo engine and a base/sport is a tune lol. nissan is really REALLY dumb when it comes to understanding what people expect as far as differences between car models to justify price. look at a lancer base, and a EVO 10, or a base model impreza compaired to a WRX STI spec C. nissan just doesnt seem to "get it"

Yet you OWN a Nismo and are planning on trading it in for a newer (almost identical) Nismo. You obviously justified the price to the highest degree to Nissan.

yea i feel like a real horses as$, i put my headers/cats out to the curb after a failed attempt of selling them. Now i need the stock headers back. Im hoping I can find someone (if not you) to let them go for shipping fees + lil extra considering not many people are trying to buy stock headers.

exclusivity. thats what nissan has going for them. there are 2039485720398745029387 subaru WRX STI on the road, i see at least 3 of them every single day. but have i seen another nismo on the road aside from Z meets? nope, not once. well i saw a 350 nismo a couple times.

from what i hear there are very few made per year in each region. around 500 per region per year from the numbers people tossed around.

look at EVERY other "desirable" car in the 370s price bracket. the mustang, the challenger, the camaro, the STI, the EVO. ALL of them have so many driving around its 100% impossible to drive 3 miles down the highway without seeing at LEAST 1 driving the other way. thats lame.

its part of the same reason im going to put that twin SC on the car. even if its not as good as the TT and costs more, that just means less people will have it. so a rare car with even more rare modifications. i for one think thats way more bad *** than being a mainstream sheep (keep in mind i have a WRX too :inoutroflpuke:) so im allowed to say what ive said. my heads down when i say this.... but admitidly its a good car lol.

keep in mind too that the nismo IS better than the base/sport. thats been proven several times around circuit tracks against porches and BMWs with rare and few exceptions where they have some kind of fluke numbers like road and tracks vid review of the nismo, where the sport beat it around the track because they ran them at faggot *** bumpy willow springs. the stiff suspension of the nismo was actually a disadvantage when the road is really rough.

and to be fair, for what it is i for one am perfectly content to have a trackable 370 that can hold its own against porches and bmw's twice its price. as well as NSX's and whatever else they always pair it against in those japanese races. considering an NSX was 80000 in 2005.

the headers are the same on all 370s. and thanks for the links. how about we say exactly that everyone! 75% off whatever nissan wants to brand new unused parts straight off the 13 when it arives. seems fair to me.

Some parts are completely useless though... Headers, $50? Lol... Same with the cats, $50+shipping is about the best you'll get, and those are both MAYBE's... And you might have to pay people to take the stock intake boxes from you, lol... But for major things like engine block, this that, I think 75% is legit... Because even though your odometer says 8 miles, everything is still technically used, lol.



I wish I had room to store tires. But with everything else? GLWS!
