OEM Potenzas, Continental Extreme Contacts, Spacers & Y-Pipe

Are the wheels bend or just cosmetic damage? I could use them for my snow tires

The shop says they 'spun' all of them and they are all good, no bends/warps/etc. Just cosmetic with the scratches/scuffs.
