For once, I'm glad that someone is following up. I'm still following the Paypal process so we'll see.

Kinda crazy how the wheels were sold shortly after I paid him May 2nd. AND the fact that he came to the new buyer's house to deliver the wheels about 5 days ago.

Anyways, whatever it is, we'll just have to wait for the game to play out.

FYI: Financial Fraudulent more than 1000 is now considered a Felony. It's NOT just any small claim case. And when AMEX gets involved, which they already are, it's not going to be pretty.

ya well there is no game to be played out no1 is hiding and has every intention on paying you back in full 1652. whatever so whenever paypal allows the account to be re established and used again then the money can be returned if not through paypal.. sooo i dont see were the legal issue is.. When someone tries to log into the account and it doesnt allow them to what r they supposed to do?

Well assoon as i have the oppourtunity to pay you back itll be easy but paypal has closed the account i would be willing to direct deposit but paypal will then charge double because the case is still pending.. So as soon as paypal refunds you it will be easy so sorry for the inconveniance once again if it were a scam addresses and numbers wouldnt have been filled out and all that bs so sorry again and i hope to be updated but i have not recieved any calls from you or emails and i tried going through paypal but it says it is closed out for further notice.. but paypal closed out the account to beable 2 pay u back and some1 scamming wouldnt use there real # in my oppinion..

u didnt even bother trying to contact me by email once.. i fidn that funny nobody is trying to make something ugly when amex calls me if they do? i will surely answer and answer all questions im sure theyll understand that paypal deals with the situation and once the temp block is lifted and u get refunded then i can refund paypal. i actually did all my research and my friend is a lawyer then file a complaint and you can bring them to small claims to then get your money back.but he then told me paypal will solve all relations because its a small claims and its not worth the trouble. its not even need to be liek that because paypal settles disputes as im sure you already no if you did your research.. paypal also closes out sellers account or buyers in a dispute until they reach a settle ment which should be paying you back anyday and then i go in a negative balance were i pay paypal back..how a paypal dispute works.

2012-04-27: I contacted you about the wheels and agreed on the prices. You said to pay you through DIRECT TRANSER.
2012-04-28: I contacted you about addition info about the wheels and the additional holes shown in the pics. You provided me a BOA account with the name "Yolanda" and address. I told you that I'll check out about the wheels info and let you know.
2012-04-29: You got furious with me about not getting back to you and if I'm a scammer, tried to steal your ID. I said naw, it's just that I've been trying to figure out what are those addition holes on the barrels are before purchase. I told you that I'll let you know soon.
2012-04-30: I've updated you that I'm still waiting for my wheels guy to tell me what they are
2012-05-01: I agreed to the deal, but through paypal.
2012-05-01: You said you had issues with paypal, their limits, etc. I've show you how to add a PP account. Then you finally got one opened under the different name: Yolanda V. I got skeptical but since you somehow got your PP to work, so I decided to trust you since you've been cooperative so far.

2012-05-02: [Wednesday] - I paid you via Paypal
2012-05-02: [Wednesday] - You asked to give you "2 days or so for payment to clear" and that you're "on top of it" and you "check every hour" since you "got OCD".

2012-05-04: [Friday] - you followed up with me asked me to give you until Tuesday (May 8th) to ship it since you will not get any money to your bank.
2012-05-04: [Friday] - I asked you to confirm that you've already the money in your PP acct and if you even have $200 to ship it.
2012-05-04: [Friday] - You replied that you'll ship out Monday at the latest, even if you have to borrow the money.
2012-05-04: [Friday] - I confirmed OK.


2012-05-07: [The promised Monday] - No msg from you. I gave you benefit of the doubt so I didn't even bother you by then.
2012-05-08: [Tuesday] - I followed up on you to see if you have shipped it out. Texted, called, etc. No Response. I texted you that you have until Wednesday noon to get back with me before I file a claim with you. until late evening, still no words from you. I've filed a disputed with paypal just in case [this is just a dispute, not a claim]
2012-05-09: [Wednesday] - I tried to contact you again, still no response. I've escalate it through Paypal into a Claim. I've also notified AMEX about the transaction. AMEX noted and said that they are on top of that. They also said to let Paypal proceed with it first. If no success, AMEX will handle it. I've also attempted to contact you through the forum. No response still.

At this point, I don't really care since I'll be getting my money back being that I'm a Verified Paypal Business customer. I'm also AMEX Business Customer so I'm protected either way.

It is your responsibility, as a SELLER, to communicate with the BUYER if there's any issue delivering the product. I've been totally an understanding person since the beginning.

Not only that you didn't call, txt, or even attempt to go to the forum to contact me, now you're blaming on me? lol.

And you decided to sell your wheels LOCALLY, without even inform me of a refund whatsoever?

Like I said in the PM, my hands are now off this. You had your chance. I'm going to let paypal and AMEX do their things.

Update:

As of today, paypal has successfully refunded me the full amount that was paid. My hands are now off this matter and I will leave the rest to Paypal to handle.
