well i sold the caps to other people for 200 bucks already so i guess i will give him back his 150

i would have believed the caps came with the wheels too. You took a picture of the wheels with the center caps but you failed to mention you were gonna remove them. The buyer even asked you on another thread about them and you decided to ignore him.
