slightly unrelated , but I was wondering about the likelyhood of a dealer blacklisting a vehicle based on solely a catback?

They can't blacklist it...
 

They cant do anything... If something breaks, they need to prove that your mods DIRECTLY broke the part... For bolt ons, your intakes will void your warranty on the MAF's and the HFC's will void the warranty on the O2 sensors...
Granted your installation didn't suck... (if a bolt gets sucked into your intake because you are... Dumb... And it gets into the engine and it breaks a valve and breaks into the engine and blows the motor... Sorry, your fault...
