Is this OEM nismo exhaust the same thing as the Nismo Cat-back Exhaust System?

I wonder if theres a difference in HP between the Nismo and a Regular Z, in terms of the exhaust.

Im not sure, The one I am selling came off my Nismo. Its in great condition. It is a little more free flowing than the stock exhaust, and has a deeper tone than the stock exhaust. Its subtle but nice. Ive actually thought about reinstalling it, becasue I find the FI exhaust to be a little louder than I originally wanted. Im just to lazy at this point. LMAO
