Stillen Supercharger Kit w/upgrades for 10psi

SOLD

Up for sale is a complete stillen supercharger kit for the 370z. It has very low mileage, I bought the kit back in April from a g37 owner who returned their car on a lease, it has ~2-3k miles on it. I'm selling the kit because I'm not sure if I am keeping the car, I'm on the fence about selling both of my cars and just getting one nice AWD car for the NY winters. Either way the Z is staying NA for the foreseeable future, so theres no point in me holding onto the kit anymore.

The kit was missing a lot of misc parts from the removal like nuts/bolts/brackets so I contacted stillen and together we sourced all the missing parts from the kit. Since the kit was on a G originally I got the Z specific parts as well: serpentine belt, air filters, strut tower brace spacers etc.

I also ordered the 9psi pulley, along with the 928 motorsports impeller which increases boost by 10-15% throughout the entire RPM range. It's a machined billet aluminum impeller that's good for 60,000 RPM over the stock 52,000 cast piece. You can read more about it here. With those upgrades this kit should make 10-11psi peak and should be good for about 440-470whp with the proper tune.

Since this kit includes the 9psi pulley and upgraded impeller, the stillen tune will NOT work with this kit. You MUST GET A DYNO TUNE. Though to be honest you would be crazy not to as the provided tune has proven to be inadequate and the weakness of this kit. A brand new turbosmart bypass valve is also included to handle the extra boost, the bosch valve provided by stillen is also included if you wish to use it.

Also included is a 10" electric fan for the heat exchanger, I planned to wire this up to run when the stock fans came on. This was more for extra piece of mind to help keep intake temps down.

A CJM fuel pump install kit is also included to securely mount the walbro pump, which stillen does not provide. You can read more about it here along with the installation guide. I will also provided a PDF copy of the stillen installation instructions to the purchaser. The only parts that are missing are a few misc hose clamps for the vacuum lines and some wiring to extend the maf and TPS sensors, but any person capable of installing the kit will be able to cover this.

I am asking for $4800 which I think is more than fair for a kit with such low mileage and the upgraded parts, along with the new replacement parts. I would like to keep this a local sale for now as shipping this will be a pain, but if you are serious PM me. Any other questions just let me know. And please dont bother low balling, I am in no rush to sell this.

I believe Its mainly the intake filters and the strut spacers that are different, but I'll follow up with Josh at Stillen.

I guess that wasn't very clear, I never actually installed it. I bought it used and gathered the parts with the intention of installing it. Now I'm not sure what I'm doing with my 2 cars anymore. From the kits I've seen people with the 9psi pulley, like RCZ, they made about 450whp/330tq. With the impeller it will be a bit higher.

Ya. But rcz's was on a higher reading dynojet. This is def a great deal, since installing the F.I long tube headers my only options are the GTM stg.1 or the stillen kit.

this kit will make more power than a GTM stage 1 sc, go look up mr. squeeze's threads, the vortech v3 is very capable. You also won't run into as many cooling issues with no FMIC blocking the radiator, thats why I was going the stillen SC route in the first place.

Damn, just when I think I'm out of the FI game for now, threads like this keep pulling me back in, lol

According to who, Jon?

Stock 370Z read 273whp on the dyno I went to. Low reading, sure, compared to a mustangdyne where I read 256whp stock.

This kit should make more power with the impeller! GLWS Nick.

Sale pending to Neo187H.

NewYorkJon34 09-19-2011 09:37 PM

RCZ, didn't you get that 455whp on a dynojet?

If the kit sells, I'm in for results/review?

CZero 09-20-2011 10:42 AM

Damn nice deal for somebody
