Was this installed previously? Will it come with mounting hardware/tape?

It was installed previously.. And it's just the CF piece as I don't have the extra tape. I had a shop install and pull it off so it would not crack it..

Sold already.. But had no fitment issues at all.. Looks pretty sweet on. But I'm going with the Amuse kit so don't need it anymore..
