They just gave you the steering wheel without installing it and taking your old one?

Yeah that seems quite strange.

No the original steering wheel is still on my car. They just ordered me a new one.

The middle section is the airbag and lid and it's another $600 bucks.

The $800 includes shipping anywhere in the us. Id be willing to consider reasonable offers.

For reference here is the breakdown on Nissan courtesy parts. I did see that the steering wheel assembly is $665 without the lid. The lid and airbag are a single part which is an additional $600.

How much you want for just the outside "ring" part?

UAM never did my wheel, so their price doesn't apply here

Have the dealer change it out, and then sell the used one to someone who wants to make a custom covered steering wheel.

I'd rather sell the brand new one. The damaged one isn't even really that damaged anymore after I detailed the car.
