FS: Hankook Ventus V12 Evo (<200mi)
Looking to sell my Hankook Ventus V12 Evos (tires only). They have less than 200mi on them and are in perfect condition (consider them essentially new). I bought them initially thinking I wanted a longer lasting street tire. Now I'll be doing more autoX and track days and would prefer to have RE-11s.
Sizes are: 255/40/ZR19 x 2 285/35/ZR19 x 2 They were $800 new. I'll take $675 + shipping. Not willing to split the set. Photos: http://www.the370z.com/members/spear...ntus-v12s.html |
Tooohip was looking for some Hankook's. Might want to hit him up.

WAs it on the s/p wheels or nismo wheels?? |
^No problem. They were on the sport 19" Rays. The fit was excellent actually. I found the stock RE050As looked stretched. These are nicely flush with the edge of the rim.

I need tires and was looking to buy the exact same set. I will buy them, PM me shipping to 34105 and lets finish this deal, :)

how many heat cycles has it been through in that 200 miles?
|
I'm not sure I understand the relevance of the question given these are street tires, not R compounds. Here is a link to street tire break-in from TireRack: Tire Tech Information - Breaking In Your Tires
In short, heat cycling is something that is key for race compound competition tires but essentially heresay voodoo for street tires. And that's a conversation to have in another thread. If you're asking how the tires were generally driven for those 200 miles, I can tell you it was mostly leisurely highway miles. I had to drive back from TireRack in South Bend, IN to Chicago and then had them on the car a couple days before swapping to my snow tires. No track days, 'canyon' runs (unfortunately no canyons in Chicago), or any shenanigans with them. |
are these sold yet?

yep, buying them on monday
