OEM 370z Tail lights FS or Tinted Tail Lights.

Up for sale is a set of the OEM Tail Lights. These are in excellent shape, maybe 7k miles were on them. They are clean, no scratch's, no tabs broken.

Looking for 275 Shipped.

Or, for 425 shipped. I can get them tinted exactly like mine are. It is a proper spray on. Not a film. Professionaly done (im terrible with anything paint related would never try it myself). The Tinting will take around 2 weeks to get done. Will require a 150$ deposit. That unfortunately I will only refund 75 if you change your mind as selling an already tinted set may be harder. Then when they are ready the rest of the money will be due.

They are not so dark that you cannot see red, but at the same time they arent exactly red. In the middle i would say.

If anyone is by chance in a hurry to get a set of the tinted, 450$ shipped and i'll send you the set of my car and just get these tinted as a replacement.

Can they paint them the same color but leave the reverse section clear?

daisuke149 12-23-2010 05:31 PM

im sure they can. thats one of the few parts of the tail light without any dimples or valleys. Let me find out for sure for you tomorrow.

Im a big fan of these tinted tail lights, Ive heard its a nightmare getting them out to actually do the work.

Taking the lights out is easy, trying to tint them is the nightmare.

Tintings not that bad when you pay someone to do it! well spraying it isnt that bad. Covering it with a tint film is tricky as there are lil divots and small indentations around it.

eastwest2300 12-29-2010 11:05 AM

Is there a "do it yourself" thread on it? anyone know?

daisuke149 12-29-2010 11:51 AM

Spray Tinting it? Ive seen DIY on other forums but not on this one yet.

Personally, I would never attempt it myself. thats juset because I have a history of having no ability to do anything related to painting or spraying.

hahaha, yeah..i hear you on that, I wouldnt wanna mess it up either, i've come to notice anything part wise that has to do with the Z, is very expensive.

tell me about it, haha.. i also drive a 03 eclipse gt thats modded to hell, and I told myself, I'd keep my Z classy, just rims and a nice little stereo. Getting these tail lights tinted would be a nice addition to my Z, being that its black.

daisuke149 12-29-2010 12:02 PM

if you havnt had a chance to see a z thats blacked out, check out zcarman.
