WTB: Gauge Cluster
 

Looking to buy a guage cluster. Perfect if you wrecked your car or something, yank it out of there and sell to me....

fyi, your mileage is stored on the gauge cluster, if you switch yours out the mileage will be reset to whats stored on that cluster.

Really? I'm just doing some experimenting with the look of it and the cluster itself will never be on my car, but isn't that kind of an easy way to lie about vehicle mileage?

the mileage is stored in the ECU as well, thing is most of the time when people take note of your mileage, they dont check your ECU... so to answer your question, yes it is.

You can get the mileage reset by the dealership to your real miles, although I don't know how much that would cost.

well doesn't affect me anyways...just looking to get my hands on one...
