This guy seemed relatively believable when i was PM-ing with him before the sale, he provided pics and specs. So i dont kno if he actually had the wheels of not. He claimed to have the wheels on his car and they would be replaced with another set, thats the reason he was selling. Emails to him to reply back with a tracking number or refund have been unsuccessful. I live in NY, i would gladly drive the 5-hour trip to chicago to find this guy!!

If you have any email correspondence find the source IP address in the email headers and do a tracert to his approximate location. I've got a feeling it isn't Chicago.
