Hello?

RumbleFish 10-31-2022 06:49 PM

Sold

RumbleFish 06-05-2023 11:45 AM

For the record. This guy knowingly sold me warped rotors and lied about it.

I hope Karma catches up with you soon.

bbermann 06-05-2023 05:25 PM

Screwed me too!!

Bought used Paragon Performance rotors for $650 and they are warped beyond useabiity. He is now ghosting me when I text him (unlike before sale).

Dude owns a pharmaceutical company. You'd think he would be more ethical than this.

RumbleFish 06-05-2023 07:42 PM

He replied back finally and said "There's no such thing as rotors warping you f'ing moron"

In his own words: “Z1's effort to reduce weight is on of the reasons they warp so easily”

I always ask people to clarify, is the xxx miles street or track miles.

RumbleFish 06-05-2023 08:22 PM

Yeah, he got out of pocket and when I checked him, he blocked my number.

Talked all tough and balled up like a little beeeatch!

I just might have to go to Louisville just to have a face to face. It's not even about the money. He needs to be taught a lesson.

What a bs excuse. The reason for warped rotors (excess pad deposits) is bad braking habits.

The problem with the Z1 2pc rotors is they are too light; they don't have enough mass to cool off properly.

That doesn't happen with RacingBrake rotors.

Since I'm not tracking the car and I'm pretty light on the brakes when running in the twisties, I think they'll hold up fine after the rebuild.

btw, I watched this clown on the track on his youtube ch., all I saw was him getting passed and never making a pass. He's some punk with money that thinks he's special.

Hard to believe someone with his level of financial means would lie in transaction like this one. Sigh. What has this world come to? People sell their soul and integrity for a dollar, rich or poor.

“500 miles pretty much brand new nothing wrong with it”….. the only thing remotely true in his listing is the miles, but even that was concealing the fact it’s track miles and not street.

What an ahole.

Did you just use pharmaceutical and ethical in the same sentence? lol

In all seriousness, this really sucks. I feel both for you and OP. I've been selling parts recently since I sold my Z and I literally just sold a pair of Z1 rotors. I don't understand how people do this, but it's common.

His wealth, position, status, etc doesn't even matter - this thread is a prime example. He's a POS for doing this. Takes balls do do ish like this more than once.
