OEM Fuel Pump Assembly and extra OEM Fuel Pump
12 Attachment(s)
I ordered a brand new fuel pump assembly from Z1 about 8 months ago to change out my modified one from my wrecked Z (CJM tophat, SC kit mods, and higher cap pump). Turns out that I bought a new Z and transferred the assembly from that one into my old car, so I no longer need the new assembly. The assembly comes with a new harness as well, in case you've cut or modified yours.
I can provide proof of purchase from Z1 if interested. Again, brand new from Z1, never installed. I also have an OEM fuel pump with 65k miles. Taken off when I went supercharged. (not pictured) Asking $310 + shipping from 76048 for the fuel pump assembly. Asking $20 + shipping for the OEM pump. Please feel free to PM for more info if desired. Thank you! |

So what's the difference between Z1 fuel pump and oem? Is it an upgrade?

Hey, so reading your other post and seeing your Facebook post about starvation, I don't think this would be right for you. Keep talking to phunk (CJM) and he will undoubtedly point you in the right direction.
To answer your question though, the only difference between Z1's assembly and my 2012 OEM when I took it out was the second spring on the rod that holds the assembly in the fuel. There were a lot of Ebay options when I was looking to purchase, but I wanted one from a source that I knew and trusted wholeheartedly. Thanks for looking! EDIT: If it is indeed a broken hangar and you need a new one from a good source, gimme a shout! |
