6MT Sport Diff Pumpkin 09-10

I'm looking at swapping the VLSD in my 09 7at for at least a better gear ratio from a 6MT sport pumpkin. Not looking to mess with the internals myself, but definitely open to an upgraded diff (wavetrac/quaife) and/or gear ratio.

My understanding is it's a direct swap as long as I match the threaded/non-threaded sides of the stub axle to the diff input shafts. I believe that means I need one from a 09 or 10.

If I'm wrong, fee free to correct me.

i have a 6mt pumpkin with z1 diff cover, but stock gear ratio and vlsd.

I'm not sure but it should definitely fit your car as mine is a 2012 and it was a direct swap

Are the flanges in the output shafts threaded?
