Brand new, still in the box. Ordered it from them about 2 weeks ago and the day after it shipped I found out a buddy of mine was selling his Z so I got his EVO R lip for free. Not sure, all the hardware comes with, took me 45 minutes in my drive way including jacking it up to fit a drill under
