I recently flashed my ECU to stock so the license is on the cable. It is the tuner license but does not have arc features.

NO, I am just telling you to post proper verification pics to prove what you have to prevent any miscommunication with potential buyers.

Pretty rich considering I'm the guy you PM'd for help to return this to stock so you could sell it right before you posted this thread, I would expect a little more than that when I have only asked for you to post verification pics to eliminate the possibility of confusion when you have an interested party.
