What's the difference with Nismo and non-Nismo ?

Is it because of the rear fascia bumpers ?

Yes. Different exhaust tip length and diameter, I believe.

The reason why I asked is because I'm currently thinking of changing my rear fascia to Nismo 2009-2013. That would mean I would have buy an exhaust for a Nismo version in the future.

You can go to any muffler shop and have them extend the tips.

Not really, they would have to know how to tig weld and not butcher it either, chances are they will butcher it
